All customers are sent an email with access to their guide upon ordering. If you have not received your access email, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder. If you're still having trouble getting access, please email our customer support team email at support@gentsdresser.com and we will be able to provide you manual access!
Shipping times vary based on your location. Most shipping times are specified on the product pages. If it's not stated, please allow an estimated 2-4 weeks for delivery.
We offer our customers a 14 day refund policy. If your cancellation request meets our policy terms within the 14 day timeframe we can offer you a refund at our discretion.
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 8 hours. No refund will be given after the 8 hours of incorrect submission.
